8.      Proposed Expenses for 2024 agreed. It was agreed the Treasurer would increase the bid to PSUK due to year-on-year reductions and cost of inflation.

10.   PSUK Dinghy Nationals 2024 – Agreed for West Midlands to run at Shustoke Sailing Club, Coleshill Birmingham, likely to be 12^th and 13^th June 2024, dates to be confirmed.

11.   PSUK Offshore Nationals 2023 Update –Circulated prior to meeting. Summary provided by Owen Poplett and Ian Goodman.

12.   PSUK Offshore Nationals 2024 – 13^th to 17^th May 2024 dates confirmed. To be organised by Ian Goodman, Andrew Buchanan and Owen Poplett.

13.   PSUK Offshore Nationals 2024 Funding. Ian Goodman confirmed there was likely to be a carry over of some funds from 2023 to 2024. Ian Goodman, Andrew Buchanan and Owen Poplett to look at ways of reducing costs.

14.   World Police Sailing Championships / International Coppers Cup Adria – Update for International Coppers Cup provided by Alexander Chadd. Dates for 2024 to be confirmed but will be in Croatia.

15.   Force Dinghy Regattas – None notified

16.   Force Offshore Regattas – Brixham Regatta 15^th June 2024.

17.   Awards of Excellence – None.
